Taama takes its cue from West Africa, where the journey itself can be as important as the destination. Cut from vintage Malian indigo Baule fabric, each hat carries the marks of a life already lived—natural abrasions, subtle discoloration and variations in the cloth that give every piece its own character.

No two are exactly alike. Each one-of-one hat preserves the beauty of the original textile while bringing it forward into a silhouette made for two wheels.
