Inspired by beautiful frescos that adorn the walls of the Ndebele "Umazi" (complex, home, and surrounding walls). The expressive painted symbols were used for communication between sub-groups of the Ndebele people. They stood for their continuity and cultural mores.
Expertly handcrafted one-of-one, Anansi hat (standard visor) made using 7 gauge South African Mohair yarn. Each hat is expertly engineered, sewn with taped seams, and an adjustable leather strap and clasp.
